RK Ludo Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Account Creation

To use the RK Ludo app, you must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during account creation and KYC verification.

• You must not have more than one account on the Platform.
• Your account is non-transferable.

2. Gameplay & Fair Play Policy

Our primary goal is to provide a fair play environment. You agree to abide by the ludo game rules and refrain from any form of cheating, collusion, or hacking. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any winnings.

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, & Transactions

All financial transactions on RK Ludo are subject to our policies.

• Deposits: You can deposit funds into your account to participate in cash games. All deposits are subject to the 28% GST policy.
• Winnings: All winnings are subject to a 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Indian government regulations. You are responsible for any additional taxes on your winnings.
• Withdrawals: We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal requests. Withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to change.

4. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. We provide features to help you manage your play, including setting deposit limits and self-exclusion options. We encourage you to play responsibly and seek help if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

5. Intellectual Property

The RK Ludo name, logo, design, and all content on the Platform are the exclusive property of RK Ludo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your use of the Services, including but not limited to, losses from technical issues, game outcomes, or account access. You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your wallet may be forfeited.
