1. Refund Eligibility

Our primary goal is to provide seamless transactions. A refund may be initiated if:

  • Failed Transactions: Your payment for a deposit or game entry is successful, but the amount is not credited to your RK Ludo wallet due to a technical glitch.
  • Unforeseen Glitch: In case of an unforeseen technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing or using our services after a payment.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Losses in Gameplay: We do not offer refunds for any amount lost during gameplay, as this is a result of a player’s skill and the outcome of the game.
  • Voluntary Deposits: Funds voluntarily deposited into your account cannot be refunded. These funds can be used to play games and can be withdrawn as winnings.
  • Violation of Terms: Any funds in an account that is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Fair Play Policy will be forfeited.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our official support team at support@rkludo.com.

In your email, you must include the following information for us to process your request efficiently:

  • Your registered RK Ludo mobile number or username.
  • The transaction ID and amount of the failed or disputed transaction.
  • A screenshot of the payment confirmation from your bank or payment app.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request and all necessary details:

  • Review: We will review the transaction and notify you of the status of your refund. This process may take up to 7 working days.
  • Initiation: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
  • Final Decision: All refund requests are subject to our internal review, and the final decision lies solely with RK Ludo.
