Refund & Cancellation Policy

At rkludo.co.in, we ensure your money is never stuck. Here is our official policy for battle cancellations and failed UPI transactions.

Unplayed Matches: If an opponent doesn't join or the battle is cancelled before you share the room code, your full entry fee is refunded to your rkludo.co.in wallet immediately.

Disputes & Bank Delays: If you win but your opponent uploads a wrong result, our admin will resolve the dispute within 24 hours and credit the winner. For failed UPI deposits, the bank automatically refunds the money to your account in 3 to 5 working days.
