Refund & Cancellation Policy

At rkludo.co.in, we make sure your money is never stuck. Here's our official policy for battle cancellations, no-shows, and failed UPI transactions on RK Ludo.

1. Unplayed Matches

If an opponent doesn't join or the battle is cancelled before you share the room code, your full entry fee is refunded to your rkludo.co.in wallet immediately — you can use it for your next rk ludo battle right away.

2. Disputes & Wrong Screenshots

If you win but your opponent uploads a wrong or unclear result, our admin resolves the dispute within 24 hours, and where the outcome genuinely can't be verified, both players are refunded their entry.

3. Failed UPI Deposits

For failed UPI deposits where money left your account but didn't reach your rkludo.co.in wallet, the bank automatically refunds the amount to your account within 3 to 5 working days — this is standard for all UPI transactions in India, not just ours.

4. Withdrawal Delays

UPI withdrawals normally land within 5-10 minutes. If yours takes longer, check your bank's UPI status page first — most delays are on the banking network side, not RK Ludo's. Still stuck after an hour? Raise a support ticket with your transaction ID.

5. Completed Matches Are Final

Once a battle is played, verified, and a winner declared, the entry fee is not refundable to the losing player — it's already part of the winner's payout, credited instantly to their rkludo.co.in wallet.
